
About the Role
The position works across our two kitchen. The main kitchen serves the restaurant, sports bar and also handles catering and functions. The container kitchen with wood fired pizza oven serves the pool area and outdoor bar. As a cook your work and menu will be directed by the head chef. The position can evolve into being full time for the right person.
Requirements
35Hrs a week, with varying roster that includes weekends, nights and split shifts
Experience cooking Australian pub fare
Experience with wood fired pizzas an advantage
Able to follow direction and work in a team environment
Able to work solo with initiative
Plan delivery of multiple orders in a timely manner
Willing to do prep work, setups, clean ups and pack downs
