  • Bottle of Gisa Wines - 'Arc' Blanc De Gris from Adelaide Hills

Entree (your choice)

  • Smoked salmon with avocado salsa and prawns
  • Baked brie with cranberries and thyme served with melba toast
  • A roast eggplant, zucchini, capsicum stack with balsamic dressing

Main (your choice)

  • Chicken breast stuffed with camembert and wrapped in prosciutto
  • Beef tenderloin with yoghurt sauce and roast potatoes
  • Roasted pumpkin, olive and caper risotto topped with parmesan and chives
